1. Who handles your data

This is the personal portfolio of Euclides Santana, a developer based in João Pessoa – PB, Brazil. I am the one who receives and handles the data submitted through this site. For any privacy matter, write to euclidessantana.dev@gmail.com.

2. What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form:

  • Name — so I know how to address you
  • Email — so I can reply
  • Message — the content you send

I use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. A technical cookie stores only your language preference. I collect no sensitive data and never ask for identity documents, bank or card details on this site.

3. How I use it

Solely to reply to your message and, if there is mutual interest, to discuss a role or project. I send no newsletters or marketing campaigns, and I never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Processing relies on the consent you give by ticking the box and submitting the form (art. 7, I of the Brazilian LGPD).

5. Who I share it with

Submissions are processed by FormSubmit, which forwards the message to my inbox. The data you type passes through that service and my email provider. There is no other sharing.

6. How long I keep it

I keep messages for as long as they are useful to the conversation and for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Brazilian data protection law grants you the right to request, at any time:

  • confirmation of processing and access to your data;
  • correction of incomplete or outdated data;
  • anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
  • data portability;
  • deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
  • information about who I shared your data with;
  • withdrawal of consent.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS, Content-Security-Policy and other security headers enabled. Even so, no system is infallible — please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. When that happens, I change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
